Nick is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Formula.Monks, the engineering and innovation arm of S4 Capital, where he spearheads high-impact initiatives in Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, and Operations to enable strategic transformations for Fortune 500 clients, including AT&T, Bloomberg, Google, and Mircrsoft. Nick leads mission-critical projects that drive system innovation and shape the future of design and corporate culture.
Before joining Formula.Monks, Nick played a pivotal role at Tesla, where he spent five years transforming the electric vehicle industry from within. His leadership was instrumental in scaling the North American Remarketing sales team, achieving an impressive 20x revenue growth in under two years. He was at the forefront of Tesla’s innovation efforts, contributing to multiple skunkworks projects that introduced new business models and revenue streams, expanding the company’s reach and enhancing its customer offerings.
Previously, Nick served as Vice President of Business Development at Hedgebrook, a global holdings company specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and diversified international investments across real estate, private equity, and public securities. In this role, he led the sourcing and evaluation of acquisition targets, structured strategic investments, and forged critical partnerships.
In his early career, Nick was Head of Business Development for Prospera Labs, a high-frequency algorithmic trading firm specializing in foreign currency markets, where he honed his expertise in market dynamics and trading strategies.
